Shipping & Delivery
- Orders received before 11AM Pacific Standard Time are shipped the same day Monday through Friday.
- Free Shipping to the US is offered with a minimum purchase of $50.00, not including local/state taxes.
- Shipping is offered at standard USPS quoted rates. Depending on your location, options may include First Class, Priority or Express Mail.
- AP/FPO/DPO Shipping. We ship to military addresses using USPS Priority Mail. Transit times vary.
- Shipping Restrictions. At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes
International Shipments
Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.
- Priority Mail International at USPS quoted rates only. Includes insurance and tracking. Delivery requires between 7 and 15 business days.
- You may purchase a shipping upgrade at checkout for USPS Priority Mail International. Please allow up to 15 business days for delivery. Tracking service IS provided.
- Mike Tyson Collection is not responsible for International dues, fees, taxes, customs or duties charged to your shipment.
- Countries Not Served: Russia, Iran, North Korea, Yemen and Afghanistan
Refused ShipmentsIf you refuse a shipment from Mike Tyson Collection you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import Fees incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Mike Tyson Collection. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
Returns & Exchanges
- Each item listed on our site has a specific Return Policy offered depending on pricing and type of merchandise; please refer to your invoice for specific terms by item;
- For Merchandise authorized for Returns, Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of your shipment date;
- Merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed;
- Merchandise must have all tags attached;
- Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition, without postal labels. Damages to or omission of this box may result in a fee;
- Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable;
- Sale items may NOT be returned; All sales final on sale items.
- Eyewear, Swimwear, Undergarments and Cosmetics may NOT be returned; All Sales are Final for these items
If you would to exchange an item for another size or color please submit your request using our RMA Service.
Refunds and Processing TimeIf your package arrives at Mike Tyson Collection within the 30-day timeline specified above, your refund will be processed in the original form of payment within 5 business days. You will be notified via email to the address listed on your account when this transaction has taken place. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from Mike Tyson Collection.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
1. Use our online RMA Service to process your exchange or return. 2. Complete the return process as directed by our RMA Service. 3. Print your return shipping label 4. Prepare your return/exchange shipment 5. Send your return to:
